We all get angry from time to time. However, the one who can control his anger for the sake of Allah, there is a great reward. We all deal anger in different way as we are all unique but only humans. Some people take counselling.
“A genuine believer controls anger by seeking the refuge of Allah, which includes saying, ‘A’udhu billahi min Ash-shaytan ir-rajim. They also practice physical and verbal strategies like keeping silent, changing their posture by sitting or lying down, performing wudu (ablution), and moving to a different location. Additionally, they use spiritual practices like reciting the Quran, making supplication (du’a), and reminding themselves of the rewards for controlling anger and the negative consequences of expressing it
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ ”.
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.”
